Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to teach to students The Practices of Aerobics, Step and Pilates.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can define and use the tools and equipments of Step-Aerobic PO-4 Knows how to organize and present a recreation, animation, amusement, sports activities etc. in hotel managements.
PO-8 With the help of experiences in theoretical and internship period, analyzes and solves the problems faced in this sector.
PO-12 The activities of sport, dance, theatre, kid games, pool games, held on the department of animation in hotel managements.
Examination
LO-2 can plan and apply Step-aerobics programs PO-4 Knows how to organize and present a recreation, animation, amusement, sports activities etc. in hotel managements.
PO-6 Practices easily own theoretical and practical knowledges, got in the university.
PO-8 With the help of experiences in theoretical and internship period, analyzes and solves the problems faced in this sector.

The basic rules of cardio exercises, safety rules, warm up and cool-down, aerobic exercise planning, the use of stepper board, basic movements, preparing the show.
