Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to introduce art and its history starting from middle ages to the 20th century and to explore periods and movements in social, economic and political terms

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Sudents will be able to explain the characteristics of movementsi periods, artists, styles…etc PO-4 Analyses the picture as a work of art and appreciates as progresses in art history in a way that iconographic and plastic character to it.
PO-5 Has information about philosophical and aesthetic theories about art.
PO-7 Knows how to use Painting techniques and developments.
PO-10 Benefits from applications on aesthetics, art history, criticism, and museums.
PO-12 Discusses problems of art by conferences, seminars, exhibitions, art events and etc.
