Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to inform the students about the place of persuasion in communication and the importance of persuasion in call center sector.

Basic contents of this course; the concept of persuasion, the relationship of persuasion with the elements of advertising and marketing communication, the theories that explain the operation of the persuasion, the transfer of concepts on the preparation of persuasive messages to the students.
