Objectives of the Course
To introduce basic theories and concepts about organizational behavior and to examine human behavior at individual, group and organizational level.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Knows the meaning and importance of organizational behavior/life. PO-4 Access to information related to Human Resource Management, yarayanlar?n? work selecting, understanding, interpretation, and learns to use the skills and lifelong learning by improving apply.

LO-2 Knows the importance of organizational culture/beliefs/climate/morale. PO-3 Develop solutions to the problems encountered using the techniques of Human Resource Management, it respects the recommendations of the problem by creating a team to share responsibility and undertake necessary for this purpose.

Course Contents
It examines human behavior in the work environment. Behaviors can be examined at three levels: individual, group and organization. It provides an opportunity for researchers to find out how much the behavior of the members of the organization contributes to the achievement of the goals of the organization and how this can be improved.
