Objectives of the Course
At the end of this course learners are expected to gain basic skills about how to behave and cope with crisis and stress in business life.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Be able to analyze the crisis and sources of crisis PO-3 Develop solutions to the problems encountered using the techniques of Human Resource Management, it respects the recommendations of the problem by creating a team to share responsibility and undertake necessary for this purpose.
