Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course; to ensure that they have basic knowledge on issues such as disputes, collective labor dispute resolution methods, the conceptual and theoretical framework of industrial relations, the historical development process of industrial relations, the role of the state in industrial relations, trade unionism and union organization models, working class and labor unions, management and employer unions, the concept of collective bargaining, collective bargaining process, collective labor to students. |
