Objectives of the Course
Teaching the increase in use of geothermal energy in parallel technological, economic and social developments. Achieving the ability of evaluating the status of geothermal energy sources in Turkey and in the world.

Course Contents
The basic concepts of thermodynamics, the feature tables of a pure substance, phase change, the basic features, implementations in geothermal systems, regional heat loss calculations, pump selection, plate heat exchangers, expansion tanks, mounting place of a PHE, PHE piping, collector piping, feed-water piping, control elements, security elements.
