Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to examine the concept of quality, historical development process and stages, total quality management principles, relations between total quality management and quality assurance system. In this direction, the accreditation and certification process in enterprises, the scope and features of the ISO 9000 quality assurance system, quality control techniques and quality costs are examined in detail.
