Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to comprehend the basic topics of chemistry and to gain the ability to apply them in the field of food engineering.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can explain basic concepts of chemistry PO-1 Has the required minimum knowledge on the basic engineering issues related to Food Engineering.

LO-2 Students can have knowledge about the properties and functions of macromolecules in living chemistry. PO-1 Has the required minimum knowledge on the basic engineering issues related to Food Engineering.
