Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course that students integrate knowledge, ability and assets about worker health and work safety; behaviour improvment according to situation, create more healty environment for their study by learning protection ways from work accidents and occupational diseases and generate ability of serving a care service. |

PO-1 Elder care and access to basic scientific knowledge, assessment, and has to apply the knowledge. PO-2 Follows current developments and practices for his/her profession and uses them effectively. PO-3 Has the ability to independently evaluate professional problems and issues with an analytical and critical approach and to propose solutions. PO-10 Life-long learning is conscious. |

LO-2 | Student can define frequent accidents at work and occupational diseases, must know the basic rules about preventetion of frequent accidents at work and occupational diseases and must perform the protection ways. |

LO-3 | Student can identify the workplace worker health unit and describe their tasks. |
PO-1 Elder care and access to basic scientific knowledge, assessment, and has to apply the knowledge. PO-8 Elder care is basic information related to the dependent and independent of the background using the LED. PO-9 Elder care practices related to the health care team members to solve complex problems encountered and unforeseen will cooperate with. PO-16 Explains the legal practices and support systems for elderly care (nursing homes, day care centers, etc.). PO-17 Both the elderly and other segments of society communicate using verbal and written communication facilities. |
