Objectives of the Course
To teach main strategies and approaches based on the active learning in the social studies teaching, to teach how to implement critical thinking skills in the social studies teaching.

Course Contents
Using pictures and other visual materials in the social studies teaching. Besides this, social studies student teachers should be taught how to use Internet and other main skills in the social studies teaching. Furthermore, oral history, museum visits, questioning should also be used.
