Objectives of the Course
this course aims to inform the students about the individual behavior in organization/group.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can analysis human behavior in organization PO-2 The candidate will learn the different perspectives about numerous theories, models and paradigms that have developed in business fields such as management and organization, organizational behavior, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, production management, quantitative methods, and the candidate can gain knowledge and skills to evaluate, interpret and criticize scientific studies and researches,which are presented in various scientific meetings, in these fields.
Examination
LO-2 can explain the contemporary approach in organizational behavior PO-2 The candidate will learn the different perspectives about numerous theories, models and paradigms that have developed in business fields such as management and organization, organizational behavior, marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, production management, quantitative methods, and the candidate can gain knowledge and skills to evaluate, interpret and criticize scientific studies and researches,which are presented in various scientific meetings, in these fields.
Examination

Course Contents
The course deals with human behavior in organizations. Topics include individual differences and work behaviour; rewarding and punishing individual behaviour; occupational stress; group behaviour; (types of groups, characteristics of groups); conflict management; organizational power and politics; leadership; organizational processes (decision making, communication, socialization); organizational change and development.
