Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach students a strategic perspective allowing them to harmonize marketing plans and marketing mix elements on today’s internet and social media driven environment.

The focus of this course is on the Internet and other technologies that have had a profound effect on marketing implementations. Included topics are as follows: marketing planning; legal and global environments; e-marketing strategy; and marketing mix and customer relationship management strategy and implementation issues.
