The aim of this course is to cover successful business models that needed for developing service industries which dominate the expanding world economy and technology continues to evolve in dramatic ways. |

This course is designed to explain the nature of services, the product, distribution, pricing and communication strategies that are needed for developing successful business model. There are also three key issues in implementing and managing effective services marketing. They are service quality, managing capacity and demand and managing service encounters and moments of truth. | ||
