Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to gain vision and knowledge about the physiological mechanisms and the control of the effectiveness of these mechanisms that make up human behavior.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 to explain motive, drive and instinct in psycho-phsiology PO-6 Supplies group or individual psychological counseling services, in the fields of vocational, individual and social, to the different age ranges and target audience, according to the needs.
PO-7 Arranges and applies orientation programs considering the needs of the individuals.

LO-2 to explain the role of autonomic nervous system for human behaviour PO-6 Supplies group or individual psychological counseling services, in the fields of vocational, individual and social, to the different age ranges and target audience, according to the needs.

PO-10 Carries out crisis intervention and preventive counseling services.
PO-11 Arranges counseling programs, develop and customize them according to the needs of the institution.
PO-19 Investigates the events and facts by following scientific methods, interprets and evaluates the data by making statistical analyses.
PO-22 Makes connections between psychological counseling with other social science branches (sociology, anthropology, philosophy... etc).

Fundamental concepts in physiological psychology and related disciplines and research methods, the relationship between the organism's nervous system and behavioral biology, behavioral mechanisms and control of its effectiveness.
