Objectives of the Course
To provide Students with the information of the Turkish world, Turkish homeland, Russia is the concept to describe the Turks spill areas on the Turkish language is spoken geographical areas of historical, economic, socio-cultural structure in terms of promoting.

Course Contents
In the Soviet Union, the struggle for independence and Gorbachev in the Soviet Union Turkish peoples of the USSR after the fall of the Turkish peoples (Yeltsin, Putin and Medvedev periods), Turkish world and Turkey, Ural living in the Turkish communities, the history of the Caucasus, Azerbaijan and Nagorno-Karabakh; History of Central Asia and the Central Asian states.
