Objectives of the Course
Translation methods between dialects; translation problems; simple and easy ways to introduce the narrative; To gain the ability to translate the texts belong to Tatar Turkish into Turkey Turkish by using correct methods.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 The students are able to know the translation problems of Tatar literary texts originating from linguistic, expressive and cultural difficulties. PO-13 Following developments with regard to his/her field, determining problems, gathering necessary data for solving these problems, interpreting results according to these data, and making contribution to occupational subjects by sharing studies which he/she did with the relevant persons, institutions and organizations, when required.
Examination
LO-2 They are able to translate the linguistic and stylistic features of various literary janras in Tatar and translate the sample texts from them into the target language in suitable forms PO-7 Can to read, explain and examine linguistically texts which had been written in different alphabets (Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic et al.) in Contemporary Turkic dialects.
PO-9 Can to transfer amongst Contemporary Turkic dialects.
PO-11 Knowing works and authors beloning to Contemporary Turkic literatures and examining, interpreting these texts, and can to discuss by comparing these.
Examination
LO-3 They are able to know the textual form and cultural background of Tatar literary texs in different janras. PO-12 Having necessary information, knowledge and sensitivity about subjects with respect to cultural values and folk-literature products, which are possessed by Turkic tribes.
Examination
LO-4 (Students) are able to ranslate them into Turkish in most suitably in terms of form and meaning. PO-5 Knowing chronologically and, with works, of history of Turkish language, and its periods from the first written documents to the emergence of contemporary Turkic dialects and to their present-day situation.
