LO-1 The basic concepts of the business, its objectives and other disciplines relationship between the operator and the internal and external environment. PO-3 Knows interior and exterior factors which effect food and beverage managements.
LO-2 116/5000 Being able to comprehend the establishment's work, the choice of the place of establishment and the determination of the capacity of the enterprise. PO-6 Practices easily own theoretical and practical knowledges, got in the university.
