Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to explain the Quality Management System Standards, which are an important guide in expressing the business systems in the developing global markets and in the continuous development of their systems, and to give information about the certification process of the standard and its integration with other management systems. At the end of this course, students gain the ability to establish and maintain a quality management system.

LO-1 Can adapt the basic principles of total quality management to their work PO-1 Defines basic concepts of food and beverage sector.
