Objectives of the Course
In this course, teaching of mycotoxins and mycotoxin analysis methods are aimed.

Formation of mycotoxins, types of mycotoxins, aflatoxins, ochratoxins, sterigmatocystins, patulin, rubratoxins, fumonicins, trichotecens, zearalenone, ergot alkaloids, speridesmins, control of mycotoxins, the methods of analysis of mycotoxins.
