Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students, as manager candidates, to understand how important the management approach, organizational structures, teamwork and team spirit are in the success of businesses, and to create the management and organizational skills infrastructure in them.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Can understand the connections between organization and management theories and practice PO-11 Have advanced level of knowledge on new concepts, techniques, and applications emerged in recent years in the field of organizational behaviour along with topics such as human and human behaviour in organizations, perception, attitude and personality.
PO-19 Uses contemporary methods and technologies of business administration, especially information technologies and analytical thinking.
PO-21 Use research methods and techniques for doing scientific research.
