Objectives of the Course
This course aims to inform the students about the practices of human resources management. The other purpose of this course is making students have early information about the practices of HRM that they can meet during their professional lives.

LO-1 Can define the HRM applications in organizations PO-10 Have the ability to explain and analyze.processes, theories and concepts related to business management, strategic management, human resource management, organizational behavior, entrepreneurship and ethics.
