Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to evaluate the relations of Turkey with "northern neighbor" Russia which is an important determinant of Turkey's foreign relations.

LO-1 To evaluate of Turkey's relations with Russia within the framework of international system PO-3 To be able to explain the research methods of International Relations.
