Objectives of the Course
The main objective of this course is to examine and to evaluate the consepts of Sufi orders period and its thought and establishments.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Define narrow and broad sense the consepts related to Sufi thought and culture and establishments. PO-2 To have an adequate knowledge of the classical and new religious and political movements in Islamic world.
PO-3 To have a satisfactory knowledge of the history, concepts, institutions, philosophy and main figures of Sufism.

Course Contents
The subject and the consepts related to the Sufi thought, culture and establisments. The definitions of Sufism, and its subject and aim and the basic sources and consepts about sufism. Relationship the the other sciences and the periods of Zuhd (ascetism) and Sufism.
