Objectives of the Course
From the outside to know sufficiently about history of the spread of Islam and expose this process generally.

The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 To be able to comprehend the place and importance of Mecca and Hijaz in the emergence and spread of Islam PO-1 To recognize the sayings of the Prophet Muhammad and his physical and moral attributes and the historical process of the science of hadith, its methodology, problems, interpretation and its cultural value for the life of a Muslim.

The beginning of spread of Islam in Mecca The Prophet Muhammed’s invitation of Arab tribes to Islam. The sending of invitation letter to states outside of Arabia. The enter of tribes in Arabian Peninsula to Islam. Spread of Islam in the territory of Sassanids. Spread of Islam in the territory of Byzantium. Spread of Islam in Egypt and North Africa. Spread of Islam in Khorassan and Transoxiana. Spread of Islam in Sind and Indian geographies. Acquainting of Turks with Islam. Acquainting of Berberian society with Islam. Spread of Islam in Spain. Spread of Islam in the Far East. The spread of Islam in different geographies in the modern period.
