| The course aims to review basic motivation and leadership theories; discuss the roles of cultural, demographic and individual differences in work motivation and leadership studies; describe charismatic and transformational leaders, discuss the substitutes and neutralizers of leadership, explain how leaders motivate their team members,and describe effective leaders and how to create or select them. | |||||
