Objectives of the Course | |||||
.The aim of this course is to provide students with basic information about medical geography as a sub-discipline of geography, dealing with the geographical dimension of health and health systems. In the course, information will be given with practical examples about the two basic approaches in medical geography, the ecological approach and the social approach. Since medical geography is a multidisciplinary field, its relationship with other disciplines will be emphasized. |
