Elementary Japanese Grammar (Part IV)

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Have knowledge about Elementary Japanese Grammar. PO-1 Have knowledge about Japanese grammar, Japanese culture, Japanese literature, Japanese language structure and education and be skilful at these items.
Examination
LO-2 Have the skills on spekaing Elementary Japanese. PO-1 Have knowledge about Japanese grammar, Japanese culture, Japanese literature, Japanese language structure and education and be skilful at these items.
PO-2 Become skilful at Japanese writing, reading and speaking.
PO-22 Acquire the skill of analyzing languages outside their own cultures by learning and understanding the mechanism and functioning of a foreign language.

LO-3 Have the skills on reading Elementary Japanese. PO-1 Have knowledge about Japanese grammar, Japanese culture, Japanese literature, Japanese language structure and education and be skilful at these items.

Course Contents
The aim of this course is to teach and make the students gain the skills of Elementary Japanese Grammar. Thus they can start to use some Japanese patterns. Students learn Hiragana – Katagana alphabets (and also some Kanjis) to be able to follow the lessons.

3 Learning particle “ka” for making interrogative sentences and the usage of “V-te + miru” structure. Lecturing and discussion method followed by questioning & answering
4 "itadakimashita” , “V-te itadakimashita”, “V-te kudasaimashita”, “V-te yarimashita” kalıpları. Lecturing and discussion method followed by questioning & answering
5 Usage of “tame” and “noni” structure. Lecturing and discussion method followed by questioning & answering
6 “V- inf. + so desu” , “V-te kimasu” structures. Lecturing and discussion method followed by questioning & answering
