Objectives of the Course
Basic and pre-intermediate Japanese Grammar and the knowledge gained by the students about the usage of words are used for translation practically. Firstly, it is focused on how to translate simple Japanese and Turkish expressions into each other. Then much complexed expressions are aimed to translate.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Gain the ability of translating basic and pre-intermediate Japanese and Turkish expressions into each other. PO-4 Work independently in the field of Japanese - Turkish, Turkish - Japanese translation and take responsibility as a team member.
PO-20 Develop a positive attitude towards lifelong learning.
PO-25 Acquire the knowledge and skills to compare Japanese with other languages.
Examination
LO-2 Develop the ability of communicating with foreign cultures. PO-7 Use the conclusions get out of learning language, which is born and developed in a foreign culture and which is a living part of that culture, together with cultural elements, in the intercultural interaction.
