Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of the course; to gain to students a perspective of landscape art from prehistoric times, to provide them to learn the landscape art in the first, middle and new ages, of Egypt, Old Iran, Aegean and Greek, Middle Age, Islam, Turkish, Renaissance, Baroque, Far East, Chinese, Japanese English styles and modern landscape design concepts, to enable them to compare relationships and differences between the gardens created in different periods and differences cultures in the world. |

In this course, the effects of old Iran, Aegean and Greek, Middle Age, Islam, Turkish, Renaissance, Baroque, Far East, Chinese, Japanese, English styles and currents on the development of garden and landscape art will be handled and visual presentations about the gardens will be given. | ||
