Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to understand the importance of nutrition for healthy growth and development, recognition of nutrients, to know the nutrients in foods, to make healthy and proper nutrition plan for pre-school children

Definition and importance of nutrition, , nutrients, food nutrient values in terms of enrichment, pregnant and nursing women's nutrition, harms of poor nutrition feeding problems for children, eligible food for 0 -6 years old children, menu creation for pre-school, health and cleaning rules for food preparation
