Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to teach the theoretical knowledge about physical fitness and the effects of physical activity on physical fitness components. |

LO-1 | At the end of this course, the student will be able to; Have knowledge about physical fitness concepts |
PO-1 Sport Sciences, Advanced Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis fields, as well as taking into consideration the reflection in the application.. PO-2 Evaluates and interprets data using the advanced knowledge and skills gained in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Fitness and Performance Analysis, identifies, analyzes, develops solutions based on research and evidence based on current technological developments. PO-3 In the field of Sports Science, Coaching, Conductivity and Performance Analysis, responsibility is solved at the individual level and as a team to solve any problems or problems that may be seen in field related practice, take initiative when necessary. PO-7 Sports Science, Coaching, Conditioning and Spreading Performance Analysis fields, at least the European Computer Usage License Level required by the field of computer software and information and communication technologies are used. |

PO-7 Sports Science, Coaching, Conditioning and Spreading Performance Analysis fields, at least the European Computer Usage License Level required by the field of computer software and information and communication technologies are used. PO-10 In the field of sports sciences, it develops professional knowledge and skills of people who work together and evaluates their performances. |

The definition of physical fitness, types and applications, special physical fitness test batteries for their age group, the components of physical fitness, the importance of physical fitness concepts, measurement and evaluation of physical fitness, the ideal method for determining the weight, exercise techniques for all ages and levels of physical development and preservation of physical fitness, regulation of exercise areas, management and organization. | ||
