Objectives of the Course | |||||
The aim of this course is to give basic skills about aiming athletics branch and to give specific technical knowledge of each branch. Students will gain basic skills in the field of athletics after taking this course. |

It includes introduction to track and field disciplines (sprint, hurdles, shot put, javelin, discus, long jump, triple jump, high jump, relay race, distance runs), general and technical information about these disciplines, teaching of these disciplines both theoretically and practically. | ||
