Objectives of the Course | |||||
Teaching steppe and aerobic techniques to the students. Basic step-aerobics exercises, teaching rhythm and number of movements according to different age and performance, exercises of strength, flexibility and relaxation, making aerobics movement patterns from simple to complicated, making groupings. |
