Objectives of the Course | |||||
Compensation for sportsmen's training (tennis, badminton, handball, basketball etc.). To support psychomotor development for trainees in coaches. Focus on the development of concentration and balance development. Mental coordination to improve reflexes. It is aimed to give flexibility, to stay still, to solve problems of obesity and stress. |
