Rhythmic gymnastics course aims to apply basic techniques of ball tooling, to conceptualize RC special training information, to form ball tool series and to form training programs. |

Be able to apply basic skills of rhythmic gymnastics ball tool. Be able to comprehend rhythmic gymnastics rules and ball instruments. Coordination between body movements, instrument use and music.
