Objectives of the Course
Rhythmic gymnastics course aims to apply basic techniques of ball tooling, to conceptualize RC special training information, to form ball tool series and to form training programs.

Course Contents
Be able to apply basic skills of rhythmic gymnastics ball tool. Be able to comprehend rhythmic gymnastics rules and ball instruments. Coordination between body movements, instrument use and music. To be able to create choreography with ball tool and to write form. To know the rhythmic gymnastics national and international platform.
