It aims to apply applied techniques and tactics with single and double studies with shadow studies after the theoretical education of self-related concepts, rules and techniques representing the attainment of body and mind adaptation while thinking fast. |

Course Contents | ||
Basic Kendo work can be done as individual movements and associate work. Individual movements are made by making sword moves to a void or an inanimate target. Co-ops involve sword techniques, which consist of mutually targeted target moves and opposing moves. | ||
