Objectives of the Course
It aims to apply applied techniques and tactics with single and double studies with shadow studies after the theoretical education of self-related concepts, rules and techniques representing the attainment of body and mind adaptation while thinking fast.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can define materials used in Kendo PO-1 Sport Sciences, Advanced Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis fields, as well as taking into consideration the reflection in the application..
PO-2 Evaluates and interprets data using the advanced knowledge and skills gained in the field of Sports Sciences, Coaching, Fitness and Performance Analysis, identifies, analyzes, develops solutions based on research and evidence based on current technological developments.

Course Contents
Basic Kendo work can be done as individual movements and associate work. Individual movements are made by making sword moves to a void or an inanimate target. Co-ops involve sword techniques, which consist of mutually targeted target moves and opposing moves.
