Motivation has a special meaning for performance enhancement. This course examines motivation in sport, motivation theories and motivation techniques. |

It includes motivational dynamics in physical activities, motivation development in children, goal and achievement studies in sport, goal setting in physical activities and sport, self efficacy as a determinant of exercise, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in sport, motivation strategies in team and individual sports, perceptual control in sport. | ||
