The aim of this course is to provide theoretical knowledge about speed, flexibility and coordination features and to gain the knowledge and skills to plan and implement individual speed, flexibility and coordination trainings. |

PO-3 In the field of Sports Science, Coaching, Conductivity and Performance Analysis, responsibility is solved at the individual level and as a team to solve any problems or problems that may be seen in field related practice, take initiative when necessary. PO-5 In the field of Sports Science, Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis, the student has the ability to evaluate and apply the data obtained during the learning process. PO-10 In the field of sports sciences, it develops professional knowledge and skills of people who work together and evaluates their performances. |
