Objectives of the Course
To evaluate traditional and modern approaches, historical process of preschool education, different perspectives and models in preschool education through a comparative viewpoint, and learn how to use those models in planning daily activities

Course Contents
Evaluation of preschool environment and conditions in Turkey, different models used in preschool education (Project Approach, Montessori Approach, Constructive Classrooms, High-Scope Approach, Reggio Emilia Approach, Head Start Approach, Bank Street Approach), the nature of those models and how curricula is implemented in those models
