Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to increase awareness of the preschool teacher candides about the importance of effective communication, effective listening and effective speech. And also to improve their attitudes toward the student-teacher-parent communication issues related to communication and conflict resolution

Definition of interpersonal communication, communication models, elements and characteristics of effective listening and feedback, factors influencing interpersonal communication (source, channel, receiver, and so on.), Factors facilitating communication, emotions, communication, role and use of communications and the prevention of conflict, students, teacher and parent communication issues important to note, communication applications
