This derste will better understand the functions of human function and human resources management in organizations within the scope of systems, procedures and activities, and ethical practices during the management of employees. Strategic human resources management, globalization, performance evaluation, training, employee motivation, rewarding techniques, change management and flexibility are covered. | ||
