Objectives of the Course
Aim of this course is to objective of the course is The exercises of Rhythmic gymnastics are complex as they involve coordinating different body parts with the apparatus ( the ball, rope, hoop, clubs, ribbon).

LO-1 To be able to at the end of this course the student should know the different rhythms (4/4, 3/4, 2/4, 6/8) PO-1 Sport Sciences, Advanced Coaching, Conditioning and Performance Analysis fields, as well as taking into consideration the reflection in the application..
