Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is; The aim of the course is to teach the students the basic skills of teaching and practicing badminton technical skills, teaching of technical movements and preparing the teachers to prepare sample lesson plans by using this information.

Course Contents
Historical development of badminton sport: Badminton in the world, badminton in Turkey, materials used in badminton sport: badminton pitch and net, badminton poles, racket, ball, clothing, shoes, auxiliary materials, Kicking and running techniques in badminton: racquet grip, basic stance position; strike zones and stroke types: high serve, short serve, swip serve, overhead dunk, forehand overhead, left overhead dunk, backhand overhand, forehand underhand, backhand underhand, drive, drop, play in the net ; running directions and techniques; teaching method of hitting and running techniques, Tactics.
