Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to prepare the students for teaching as a profession by making them gain strength and flexibility skills which are basis for performance sport and teach moving ( formation exercise) with the group economically, regularly, and in a disciplined way.

Course Contents
Definition of Gymnastics; Formation Exercises; Development of Sense of Rhythm; Small Apparatus in Gymnastics; Choosing Apparatus According to Age; Rope Exercises; Educational Games with Rope; Individual and Pairs Exercises with Balls; Individual and Group Exercises with Rope; Using Gymnastics Beam.

3 Lining up ,performing the turnings.
4 Gaining the technical knowledge about walking and running ,performing the line ups.
5 Gaining the knowledge about the stoping types while walking, performing the walkings.
6 Performing the turnings while walking,gaining the knowledge on stopping while walking.
7 Knowledge of rotors, performing rotorary turnings while walking
