In order to maximize the competitiveness of an organization, it is aimed to explain the issues related to products, services, processes, employees and total quality management (TQM) which is a continuous improvement approach. |

The content of Total Quality Management, everyone who contributes to our success and expects our success. it is to provide happiness for ourselves, our family, our company, our supplier industry, our customers, our shareholders and our country in general, so it should be considered together with the social stakeholders in continuous improvement efforts. Establishing consistent, honest, open relations within the organization is a requirement of Total Quality Management based on data, participatory and cooperative operation, and improving the relations should be the priority of all employees. | ||
