Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to have knowledge about folk life and culture, transition periods (birth-marriage-death) and culture change.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Knows the basic concepts and approaches related to the course. PO-6 They have a high level of knowledge about theories and methods in the field of Turkish folklore. They can approach problems in this field in a methodological and analytical way and offer solutions.
PO-7 They produce knowledge about society and use the information they produce in solving economic, social and technological problems.
PO-9 They will be able to use intercultural communication, gaining the necessary equipment to perceive and interpret different cultures.
Examination
LO-2 Applies the approaches learned to the field. PO-4 They will have knowledge about the approaches and methods developed in folk culture and will be able to prepare and apply lesson plans and activities appropriate to these methods.
PO-5 Graduates of the master program with Turkish Folklore thesis will be able to analyze the transformational and transformational processes of folklore products and analyze the changes and transformations of public life.
PO-6 They have a high level of knowledge about theories and methods in the field of Turkish folklore. They can approach problems in this field in a methodological and analytical way and offer solutions.
PO-9 They will be able to use intercultural communication, gaining the necessary equipment to perceive and interpret different cultures.
PO-23 They act in accordance with quality management and processes.
