Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to inform students about the history and current state of the the Turkish Economy.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 can discuss the social, political and historical backgrounds of current problems of Turkish economy. PO-13 have ability on commenting current economic issues considering economic theory in the view of sociology.
PO-20 know the concepts, principles and applications of theories related to globalization and economic crises.
Examination
LO-2 can explain the developments in Turkey's economy. PO-2 have information about basic economic topics and indicators.
