Objectives of the Course | |||||
The objective of the course is to shed a strong light on the concept of human rights; to call the participants attention to human rights as ethical principles and as basic premises for the deduction of law, as well as to discuss certain of the consequences of this approach for the protection of human rights. |

The course will deal with the concept and classifications of human rights, will focus on the conceptual content of rights and freedoms and discuss the specificity of these concepts as criteria. | ||
