Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide students with in-depth knowledge of major microeconomics topics such as consumer theory, preferences, producer theory, market structures, welfare economics, general equilibrium, game theory and social choice.

Learning Outcomes PO MME
The students who succeeded in this course:
LO-1 Students will be able to examine the theory of microeconomics, one of the basic branches of Economics, mathematically. PO-3 3. The skill to think analytic and solve problems in nationals and international matters in banking and finance field
PO-4 4. Being able to follow the global developments and the problems in banking and finance field and making comments about the daily economic indications
PO-11 11. Have ability on working with quantitative data about economics and using the tools about statistically data analysis.
Examination
LO-2 Students be able to analyze the basic behaviors of micro-economic units (consumer, firm, bank, etc.). PO-3 3. The skill to think analytic and solve problems in nationals and international matters in banking and finance field
PO-5 5. Having a vision in market and the skill to be able to take and apply strategic decisions
PO-10 11. Being able to make use of the other disciplines affecting the insurance sector and having the basic information regarding these disciplines
